What, Who and Why?

In terms that Google understands, we’re a London-based branding, design and website development collective. We provide a full creative service to small and medium businesses and solopreneurs, in the UK and around the world.

But in simple terms, we’re a creative team crafting brands that capture the hearts of conscious citizens.

We live for the success stories of sustainable businesses, and want to make more of them. Working with people that want to see a circular economy in their lifetime, who create the products that will help us get there.

Meet your team

A sneak preview of the faces you’ll see smiling back at you on Zoom. Day-to-day, Hype & Seek is run by three core team members - Ece, Baris and Caner. But behind them is a wider collective of designers, photographers,  and copywriters, on hand to give every unique project what it needs.

Ece Eyisoy

Strategic Brand Designer
Ece witnessed first-hand the impact that design can have during her first environmental protest. It’s what fuelled her journey to becoming a Designer. After working as a Graphic Designer, then a Product Designer in startups like tech companies, she could see that the traditional ways of designing weren’t fit for the future.

Forever an optimist about the relationship between humans and nature, she saw she could use her powers for good by working with brands on a mission to restore that vital connection and minimise harm to our planet and everything that lives there.

She has a degree in Political Sciences, lived in 4 different countries, can dream in 3 languages.

Baris Ozel

UX/UI Designer
After graduating from law school and playing bass guitar in various bands, Baris took a leap of faith into life as a Designer, and has never looked back. Starting out in Visual Design for a medical company, then Print Design for an independent magazine in Turkey, before discovering the disciplines of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design. He has now been a user champion for multiple web and mobile projects, including some for GOV.UK.

Baris Ozel

Puplick Relations officer
Bowie joined the team on July 22, filling an ever-so-demanding position of Puplick Relations. As soon as he was on board, he quickly took care of the situation and brought all the flooffiness the team ever needed.

He is the primary person responsible for the team's morale. His job varies from laying under Ece's desk to ensuring all hoomans go for walkies as they boost creativity. Thanks to him, we are able to deliver what brings the desired outcomes for our clients.
