Packaging that promises better

Grand designs can be green too

Sustainability doesn’t have to mean subtle. In an increasingly crowded (and sadly greenwashed) market, your packaging has to work harder than ever to win hearts and find its rightful place in consumers’ homes, even their Instagram feeds.

You can take pride in packaging that looks great and does better for the environment, with our carefully curated supplier list and knowledge of sustainable resources and printing practices. Read more about our commitment here.

The Process

Our website design process is efficient, but thorough, and adapts to fit your in-house development capabilities.

00

Discovery

We learn everything we can about your new business before we start designing, so that packaging designs are fit for purpose, as well as fit for brand.

01

Research

Packaging needs to stand out and appeal to your seekers. Based on the Discovery stage, we conduct market research and look at online or physical stores to analyse what we can do to help your product standout from the competition.

02

Styleboards

Think of styleboards as advanced moodboards. Each board gives a feel of what the packaging might look and feel like, and it forms the foundation of the Iteration stage. Together, we decide which is the best fit for the future of the brand. We also explore the best eco-friendly materials and sustainable printing options for the project, presenting you options for different budgets.

03

Creation

This is where we dig into the details and tweak the original concept until it’s just right. If you want to change the copy a little or test a variation with your customers, we’ll get it done together before we move on.

04

Iterations

Once the design is approved, we work with the printer to deliver you the best results. We also share the mockups of your packaging, because we know you won’t be able to wait to show it off to your friends, investors or even your customers. We’ve also put together our own little ‘green’ book of local printers, who use 100% recycled paper. Want the fine print on our suppliers? Check out our Sustainability Policy.
A deadline is looming?

A designer is away

You need someone who can drop into your team, hit the ground running, and help get things done. A fresh pair of experienced eyes on your designs and processes wouldn’t hurt either. You need a Designer for a Day and the right fit might be just a click away. Only one way to find out.
