Sale Zoom

deliverables

Re-branding, branding workshop and logo design.

Who are they?

Salezoom is a software that helps Amazon sellers spend less of their time on refunds and advertising campaigns. It automatically takes care of repetitive tasks for sellers, saving them time and money.

What was the brief?

The brand was close to launch and needed a logo that could showcase the brand's innovative and trustworthy character.

The brand’s name had already been created by the founders, so we were tasked with designing an integrated visual brand identity system.

What did you deliver?

We started the process with a discovery session about the business’s goals and how they meet customer needs. This session allowed us to discover the audience, values and personality of the brand and helped pinpoint its position in the industry. After 2 hours of discovery, we had many ideas and key words to work with.

We then collected images, logos and pieces of text to evoke the style and presented it to the directors, to gauge what felt like a good fit for the business. After their input, we saw a pattern. They were more drawn to abstract shapes and darker shades of blue.
After exploring multiple variations of the idea of cogwheels, we formed an abstract icon that also included the first letters of the brand. Its simple, clean design translates well across digital and traditional media, and the colour came as a logical choice. Blue is the colour of trust, and using a more vibrant tone expresses the agility and innovation of the brand.
All versions of the logo, including the icon and monogram, were delivered in multiple formats and accompanied by the brand identity guideline.
Brand guidelines are a reference tool that help maintain consistency by demonstrating what a brand looks, feels and sounds like. It's so powerful that some people even call it a brand bible. Using one ensures the brand looks and feels the same, even when different people across customer service, marketing, design and sales are representing it.
